Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

Go to your profile
Click your avatar in the top right corner (mobile) or the Profile tab (web)

Open Account settings
Select Account from the menu.

Click Manage
In the Account section, click the Manage button next to your subscription plan.

Select Cancel Plan
Click Cancel Plan and confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After you cancel, you'll still have access until your current billing period ends. You won't be charged again.

Will I lose access to premium features immediately?
No, you will keep premium access until your current billing period ends.
Can I reactivate my subscription later?
Yes! You can resubscribe any time from your account settings.
Do I get a refund after canceling?
Colonist.io does not offer partial refunds for unused time after cancellation. You retain access for the full paid period.
