How to Fix Login Problems

Try All Login Methods

On the login page, try signing in with Google, Apple, or Discord. Whichever you may have used when registering.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

Cached data can cause login issues. In Chrome: Menu (three dots) > More Tools > Clear browsing data. Check 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files', then click Clear data. Reload Colonist.io and try again.

Disable Browser Extensions

Ad blockers (e.g., uBlock Origin, AdBlock) are a frequent cause of login issues. Try disabling all extensions, then reload the page. If login works, re-enable extensions one at a time to find the culprit.
